Associate for our Washington, DC office
- Hybrid work schedule
- 3 - 5 years of law firm experience or equivalent industry experience with a health plan or payer
- General knowledge of the health care industry and government health care programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) required
- Experience
with health care transactions (e.g., contract drafting and
interpretation) and/or regulatory counseling on federal health care laws
(e.g., HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA) preferred
- Knowledge of drug pricing, pharmacy benefit managers, and the drug supply chain is a plus, but not required
- Seeking
academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and
analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under
pressure with multiple deadlines

- The
base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 to
$360,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills,
experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors,
consistent with applicable law.
