The Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement team is seeking a motivated Government Contracts Associate to provide strategic legal counsel on a range of federal procurement matters, including bid protests, contract claims and disputes, compliance counseling, and related investigations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years (JD 2024-2021) of experience with government contracts matters, although we will consider exceptional candidates outside of that band. Relevant experience includes familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency supplements such as the DFARS; GAO or Court of Federal Claims bid protests; Contract Disputes Act claims; internal investigations; suspension and debarment; and False Claims Act-related counseling. The candidate should have strong research and writing skills, and a commitment to client service. Responsibilities include researching and drafting bid protests, claims and other written advocacy; advising clients on contract formation and performance issues, subcontracting and flow-down obligations, and data rights or cybersecurity compliance requirements; and counseling clients on disclosure, audit, investigative, and dispute strategy.

The salary for this position is $235,000 to $365,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified above.
