The Washington, D.C. office of Blank Rome LLP is seeking a Government Contracts Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join the firm's nationally-ranked Government Contracts practice group. Prior government contracts experience developed at a clerkship, law firm, in-house, or government position is preferred. The successful candidate will work closely with our team on bid protest litigation, claims litigation, mandatory disclosures, regulatory advice and counseling regarding FAR and DFARS requirements, False Claims Act litigation, and/or other investigative and regulatory matters. Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, be self-motivated, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions at this time.The target annual pay range for this role in Washington, D.C. $235,000 - $2310,000. Positions outside of Washington, D.C. will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome's total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
