Description:

The Jenner & Block Government Contractor Litigation & Compliance Practice Group seeks a mid-level (3-5 years post-JD) associate with excellent writing skills and experience in GAO bid protests or Court of Federal Claims litigation. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be $260,000-$365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other position-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

  • Enjoy bid protests and litigating claims involving government contracts and grants
  • Earned your JD within the past 5 years
  • Have meaningfully participated in litigation of protest matters at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims and have a track record of increasing responsibility, from coordinating litigation workflow to analyzing the record and drafting briefs
  • Are collaborative, adaptable, and proactive

  • A strong academic record is required.

  • Membership in the Washington, DC bar is required.
