Nationwide Attorneys is seeking a senior level attorney to join our Global Franchise & Supply Network Practice Group. Qualified candidates will have at least five years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, counseling and dispute resolution and providing regulatory advice and counsel to domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements. Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice. This role is open to any of our offices.
