Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking Junior Associates with two to three years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing practice in New York.Candidates must have lending side finance experience. The group's clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds and hedge funds. This position involves direct client contact and will provide many opportunities for business development training and participation.
Candidates must be admitted to the NY Bar and be in good standing. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $260,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
