Job Summary:
Your primary responsibility will be to file an Entry of Appearance and litigate cases. Deposition experience a plus. You may draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support contract development and risk assessment.
  • Provide clear legal guidance on compliance with federal and state laws across multiple practice areas.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure contractual terms align with organizational policies and strategic goals.
  • Assist in preparing legal drafts for court filings or negotiations with external parties.
  • Support litigation efforts by reviewing case files and contributing to case strategy development.
  • Stay current on evolving laws and regulations relevant to the organization's operations across diverse jurisdictions.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and valid license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction: GEORGIA
  • Proven experience: 5+ Years Required
  • Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms for comprehensive legal analysis.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
