The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general liability defense, excellent litigation skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to our clients.
Location: California Resident (100% remote / hybrid / in-office flexibility; however, must be willing to travel throughout California)
Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 annually + bonus opportunity

Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in general liability defense litigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures.
- Experience with insurance defense and a diverse caseload of general liability defense matters, including premises liability, personal injury, property damage, and other related claims
- Trial experience
- Experience with case management platforms such as MerusCase
