Overview:As the General Counsel at Trionfo Holdings Co., Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and safeguarding our company's legal landscape. You'll provide strategic legal guidance across a broad range of practice areas, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and empowering our teams to achieve their goals. This is an exciting opportunity to lead legal initiatives and contribute your expertise to a fast-growing, multi-industry organization based in Boston, Massachusetts.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, and workers' compensation law.
- Lead negotiations and manage litigation processes to protect the organization's interests.
- Conduct detailed legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and company policies to ensure clarity and enforceability.
- Collaborate with internal teams on legal matters related to personal injury law, patent law, tribal law & regulations, and other relevant areas.
- Oversee compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations while developing internal training programs on legal and ethical best practices.
- Manage relationships with outside counsel and coordinate specialized legal support when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a law firm or in-house counsel environment with a strong foundation in multiple areas of law.
- Excellent legal writing, drafting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with litigation management, contract negotiation, and corporate compliance.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and strong analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with Massachusetts corporate and business law preferred.
