We are looking for an experienced General Counsel (US/Israel) to join our Teaneck, NJ office and lead A Computer Vision Tech Company legal function. You will be a key member of the A Computer Vision Tech Company management team, driving A Computer Vision Tech Company legal strategy, and serve as a business-oriented legal advisor to the Executive team and Board of Directors. You will be reporting directly to the company CFO.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:?
  • Lead day-to-day legal operations of a US-Israeli company and provide counsel on issues related to transactions, corporate legal strategy, employment law, compliance, data security, corporate governance, commercial contracts, financings, intellectual property, and dispute resolution;
  • Develop, implement and lead A Computer Vision Tech Company global legal function and provide strategic legal advice to management on cross company issues including U.S. and Israeli law;
  • Draft, review and approve all company agreements in the U.S. and Israel, including key agreements relating to customers, partnership arrangements, suppliers and vendors;
  • Develop and support corporate policies, procedures, and programs, as well as compliance with data privacy laws, and regulations in the U.S. and Israel;
  • Anticipate and identify any changes to existing or proposed U.S. or Israel regulations or laws and develop effective strategies and solutions to mitigate any risk/impact to A Computer Vision Tech Company;
  • Provide counsel and oversight for all disputes, selecting and supervising outside counsel;
  • Advise on labor and employment matters.

Requirements:
  • J.D. degree or foreign equivalent;
  • 5 years of professional experience as a practicing attorney at a law firm or in-house in the fields of corporate and/or commercial law in the technology industry;
  • 5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements;
  • Admitted to practice law in NY or NJ; Eligible for NJ limited in-house counsel license, if not admitted in NJ;
  • Admitted to practice law in Israel;
  • CIPP/US certification.
