How This Role Fits In
The General Counsel serves as the senior legal leader for Goal Solutions, overseeing all legal matters across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership, compliance, operations, finance, and external law firms to provide strategic, business-minded legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Strategy & Advisory
Advise executive leadership on governance, risk, and strategy
Litigation & Dispute Management
Oversee litigation and manage outside counsel
Contract & Transactional Oversight
Review and negotiate complex agreements
Regulatory & Compliance Support
Support regulatory inquiries and examinations
Financial & Budget Management
Manage legal budget and spend
Leadership & Operations
Oversee legal operations and collaboration

Essential Functions:

Draft and review legal documents
Communicate with executives and regulators
Manage confidential information
