Job Summary: Under limited supervision, the General Counsel provides strategic guidance, consultation, and support to the Union County Board of Education, Superintendent and UCPS staff on a comprehensive range of legal and associated issues. This position provides direct oversight of Risk Management, Title IX and Student Assignment.
