As our General Counsel, you will assist the Executive Director by advising and providing leadership for a variety of Agency functions to support legal compliance in Agency operations and services to individuals served by BCFR. The General Counsel shall promote the aims and objectives of the Agency within the community and among other professionals. The person occupying this position must exercise reasonable and prudent judgment as well as mental and physical abilities to identify priorities within the Agency. General Counsel shall exhibit the ability to identify and manage legal priorities in a manner consistent with safeguarding and strengthening the Agency's operational and compliance objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Have a license to practice law in Missouri that is in good standing
- Have a degree from a four-year accredited college or university
- Have access to an insured and properly maintained vehicle for your travel. Operate that vehicle in a safe and prudent manner and comply with all applicable laws.
