We represent many of the leading venture capital and growth equity firms in the U.S. and internationally and guide our clients through every stage of the fund life cycle.We are a collaborative, client-focused group seeking a highly qualified senior-level candidate (8+ years of experience) who wants to lead and deepen our practice.
The successful candidate must have fund formation experience working with sponsors in connection with the structuring, formation and operation of investment funds, as well as advising our clients on the legal, regulatory and compliance matters related to their activities, with a particular expertise on the Securities Act, Exchange Act, Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act. The candidate must also have significant experience representing investors in private investment funds and advising them on all aspects of their investment programs.
Candidates interested in the role must have comparable experience at a national or international law firm, superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $435,000 salary
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
