Description:
Alston & Bird's Corporate Debt team has an immediate need for a Senior Associate or Counsel with 8+ years' of experience in fund finance and debt financing. The ideal candidate will have significant fund finance experience, including NAV and other fund-related credit facilities, along with experience in secured and unsecured financings, syndicated lending, acquisition financings, asset-based credit facilities, and other commercial finance matters. Experience representing private equity and alternative asset funds, portfolio companies, borrowers, banks, and other commercial lenders is preferred.The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and solid interpersonal skills, as this role involves direct client contact and business development acumen. The salary range for this position is $420,000 - $450,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our Los Angeles office and may not be applicable to other locations.
