Description:
Troutman Pepper Locke's Finance & Banking practice group is seeking an Associate to support the firm's Fund Finance practice, representing leading financial institutions and fund sponsors in a broad range of financing transactions across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and other alternative asset classes. Candidates may be based in any of our office locations, with a preference for San Diego.Candidates should have at least two years of finance experience at a law firm. Candidates with approximately 2 to 4 years of experience may have a broader banking or leveraged finance background, with a demonstrated interest in fund finance. Candidates in the 4+ year range are expected to have substantial, direct fund finance experience to be considered at their current class level.

The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $350,000 dependent on years of experience.
