Buffalo Insurance Defense Lawyers is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join its civil defense litigation team. The candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar and possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, including at least 2 years of insurance defense experience. Experience in the areas of transportation law, labor law, product liability and premises liability and experience in the Buffalo area are preferred. Applicants should be ambitious, hardworking, have excellent research and writing skills and strong communication skills. Salary range of $80,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience. Generous benefit package includes, 401(k), medical insurance, dental insurance, cell phone reimbursement, CLE costs, membership dues, Health Care FSA for eligible medical expenses, and Dependent Care FSA for eligible child care expenses.
