Lathrop GPM is actively seeking an associate with 3 – 5 years of general litigation experience to join its nationally recognized Franchise & Distribution practice group. We will consider candidates for any of our offices, although candidates in Minneapolis or Washington, DC are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong interest in Franchise & Distribution practice. This position offers continued professional development and support of personal practice growth through client development initiatives.

The current anticipated salary range is $210,000 - $235,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified range and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law. A full comprehensive benefit plan is provided and includes health care, retirement plan, parental leave, and short/long term disability.

Candidates should have an active bar license in the jurisdiction corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
