Summary: We are looking for a skilled Florida Insurance Coverage attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Third party liability coverage analysis and litigation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent clients in pre-suit/civil litigation, and other legal proceedings
Draft legal documents and opinion letters
Stay updated on changes in the laws relevant to cases handled
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm
Independently manage and bill an active caseload

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
A minimum of 3 years of experience
Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools like Westlaw/Lexis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to independently manage caseload
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations- both virtually and in person
