Kahane & Associates, P.A., a premier consumer finance litigation law firm, is conducting a search for an experienced litigation attorney for its consumer finance litigation practice group. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of contested foreclosure litigation experience. Responsibilities include: conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, motions and supporting memoranda of law; attending court hearings, depositions and trials.This is an excellent opportunity to join an established law firm that emphasizes a strong work/life balance within a collegial environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Education, Training and Experience:
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
- Must be a team player and possess a willingness to adapt to change.
