Cadwalader's Fund Finance team is seeking entry level associates in our Charlotte, NC office to start in the Fall of 2026. The Fund Finance Group represents financial institutions providing financing to private equity funds. As an associate in the Fund Finance Group, your responsibilities will include reviewing and answering certain diligence questions with respect to a private equity fund's organizational documents, such as the limited partnership agreement and any letter agreements entered into between the private equity fund and an investor. With the guidance of senior members of the deal team, you would also be responsible for drafting documentation to memorialize the loan to the private equity fund and the security pledged in support of such loan. The position requires strong time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage responsibilities on multiple engagements.The anticipated base salary for this position is $225,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
