Job Description:Seeking a Finance Staff Attorney to join a growing finance team in the Charlotte office. This role is designed for candidates who prefer a non-partner-track, stable position with predictable hours and a collaborative team environment.
The position focuses on lending transactions, related due diligence and corporate formalities. Typical duties include drafting and reviewing transactional documents, supporting closings, and coordinating with deal teams across the credit spectrum.
- J.D. and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/lending transactions or related due diligence
- Strong drafting and organizational skills; familiarity with corporate formalities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong academic record and attention to detail
