Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Counsel (Staff Attorney) with 3+ years of experience. Knowledge of litigation practice and procedures in New York state and federal courts is required. Specific experience defending individual and class action claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and state consumer protection laws, as well as mortgage servicing litigation experience, is preferred.

The Litigation Counsel role is a full-time salaried, non-partnership track position with an 1800 hour annual billable expectation. Litigation Counsel will be available to travel to client or team meetings as needed. To be considered, candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing with the New York Bar.
