Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated litigation associate to join our Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in Phoenix. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in complex commercial disputes, particularly those involving commercial real estate and financial instruments. Requisite experience: litigation experience relating to commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability. Candidates should have significant legal writing experience including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
