Candidates must have a minimum of two years of litigation experience representing Financial Institutions, with a strong preference for those candidates who have represented consumer mortgage loan servicers. Experience defending consumer claims (i.e. TILA, FCRA, RESPA, ICFA, etc), prosecuting foreclosures, and/or handling commercial loan workouts is a plus. A license to practice in Illinois and familiarity with the Illinois state and federal court system is required. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
