Polsinelli is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join our Financial Services Litigation group in our Atlanta office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.Candidates should have 4+ years of litigation experience with a focus on financial services. This position will primarily involve financial services litigation, including matters involving foreclosures, real estate transactions, and title issues. Experience taking and defending depositions and courtroom experience is a plus. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with demonstrated interest and litigation experience involving commercial real estate, loan enforcement or financial services litigation.
