Seeking a bankruptcy/restructuring associate with 4-6 years of experience at a major law firm. Our ideal candidate will have experience in large chapter 11 cases and workouts representing creditors (including lenders, bondholders and trade creditors), debtors, asset purchasers, and/or other market participants in both the transactional and litigation aspects of restructuring in and out of bankruptcy. Open to considering finance candidates that have experience with liability management.
