Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Finance associate with 4-6 years' experience. Experience in finance (including structured finance, asset-based lending or general corporate lending) is required. Candidates can be resident in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, New York, or Washington, DC. Capabilities include drafting complex lending documents, such as structured warehouse lending and repurchase agreements and managing multiple transactions at once. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
