The New York office of King & Spalding seeks an associate for its dynamic and growing Finance team. Ideal candidates will have experience negotiating and executing complex finance transactions, including experience representing lenders, investors, borrowers and issuers in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, unitranche, first lien/second lien, mezzanine and/or subordinated debt financings, and distressed debt and restructurings. The practice group's wide range of clients include leading investment and commercial banks, non-bank lenders, including private debt funds, private credit and direct lenders, BDCs, mezzanine funds and hedge funds, and sponsored and corporate borrowers and issuers. The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $235,000 to $420,000+. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
