Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a finance associate to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group. This position is available in the following offices: Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, Princeton, San Francisco, Washington, D.C.

We are seeking candidates with three to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions, private credit lenders or borrowers in finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings. The candidate must have experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Faegre Drinker's Finance & Restructuring Practice Group provides a full range of services to financial institutions, public and private companies, and private credit. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $180,000 – $315,000.

Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
