General Summary:Alston & Bird's Corporate Debt team in Dallas, New York, Chicago and Atlanta has an immediate need for a Finance Senior Associate with experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions and other commercial finance transactions including cash flow credit facilities. Experience in the private debt space is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions. The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our New York City office and may not be applicable to other locations.
