Alston & Bird's Corporate Debt team in New York and Los Angeles has an immediate need for Finance Associates with experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions and other commercial finance transactions including borrower-side private equity sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash flow credit facilities. Experience with debt capital market instruments is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions.
