A Broad Practice and A National Reputation Law Firm seeks an outstanding and dynamic attorney with 4-8 years of sophisticated finance experience to join our Columbus office. Necessary skills include the ability to negotiate and manage complex finance transactions, to train, mentor and monitor junior attorneys, and to grow and develop relationships with new and existing clients. The candidate will represent both lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, acquisition financings and securitizations, and will also work as part of the firm's derivatives practice, which includes representing both financial institutions and end-users in transactional and regulatory matters (experience in derivatives is desired, but not required). The ideal candidate would thrive in a collegial team environment and would be interested in being an integral part of the long-term succession and growth of our finance practice in the Columbus office. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.This position is partnership track and provides an excellent compensation package (including relocation benefits).
