The new Atlanta office of A Dynamic International Law Firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join the Finance team. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 full years and up to 6 years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities. Experience in a large law firm Is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.$235,000- $390,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
