Your New Role
The ideal candidate must be committed to advocating for clients' rights and have a strong desire to help change people's lives. This is a leadership position. You will have the following accountabilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in handling complex federal litigation cases.
- Extensive legal research and proficiency in crafting persuasive briefs and motions.
- Ability to meticulously prepare for trials and/or oral arguments.
- Effective management of multiple federal litigation cases concurrently.
- Ensuring the timely execution of case development.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must possess a J.D. degree from a School of Law accredited by the American Bar Association
- Must be actively barred and in good standing in any U.S. state
- At least 5 years of experience post J.D, relevant to litigation experience in federal courts.
- Experience in trial advocacy, legal research, and writing.
- Strong understanding of federal laws and regulations.
- Understanding of federal procedure and courtroom protocol.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Persuasiveness and reasoned judgement.
- Complex case management skills.
- Experience in immigration/appellate law is highly desired, but not required.
- A writing sample consisting ofa legal brief or comparable legal writing authored by the applicant is required.
