Your New Role
The ideal candidate must be committed to advocating for clients' rights and have a strong desire to help change people's lives. This is a leadership position. You will have the following accountabilities:

Demonstrate expertise in handling complex federal litigation cases.
Extensive legal research and proficiency in crafting persuasive briefs and motions.
Ability to meticulously prepare for trials and/or oral arguments.
Effective management of multiple federal litigation cases concurrently.
Ensuring the timely execution of case development.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a J.D. degree from a School of Law accredited by the American Bar Association
Must be actively barred and in good standing in any U.S. state
At least 5 years of experience post J.D, relevant to litigation experience in federal courts.
Experience in trial advocacy, legal research, and writing.
Strong understanding of federal laws and regulations.
Understanding of federal procedure and courtroom protocol.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
Persuasiveness and reasoned judgement.
Complex case management skills.
Experience in immigration/appellate law is highly desired, but not required.
A writing sample consisting ofa legal brief or comparable legal writing authored by the applicant is required.
