Your New Role
The ideal candidate must be committed to advocating for clients' rights and have a strong desire to help change people's lives. This is a leadership position. You will have the following accountabilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in handling complex federal litigation cases.
  • Extensive legal research and proficiency in crafting persuasive briefs and motions.
  • Ability to meticulously prepare for trials and/or oral arguments.
  • Effective management of multiple federal litigation cases concurrently.
  • Ensuring the timely execution of case development.

Qualifications:
  • Applicants must possess a J.D. degree from a School of Law accredited by the American Bar Association
  • Must be actively barred and in good standing in any U.S. state
  • At least 5 years of experience post J.D, relevant to litigation experience in federal courts.
  • Experience in trial advocacy, legal research, and writing.
  • Strong understanding of federal laws and regulations.
  • Understanding of federal procedure and courtroom protocol.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Persuasiveness and reasoned judgement.
  • Complex case management skills.
  • Experience in immigration/appellate law is highly desired, but not required.
  • A writing sample consisting ofa legal brief or comparable legal writing authored by the applicant is required.
