Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and drafting related legal documents.
  • Advise and represent clients in business law matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal opinions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service.
  • Handle all aspects of Family Law, including uncontested adoption, divorce, child support and custody, Marital agreements.

Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years of relevant legal experience.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with both in-office and remote flexibility.

  • Commitment to long-term professional growth within the firm.

Compensation & Growth:
Attorneys will receive commission for originating cases and for exceeding minimum billable hour requirements. After six months of consistently meeting performance expectations, the firm will also consider implementing a bonus structure.

Compensation:
$100,000+ yearly DOE plus commission
