Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and drafting related legal documents.
Advise and represent clients in business law matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal opinions.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service.
Handle all aspects of Family Law, including uncontested adoption, divorce, child support and custody, Marital agreements.

Qualifications:

3 plus years of relevant legal experience.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with both in-office and remote flexibility.
A team player who values a family-oriented, people-first workplace culture.
Commitment to long-term professional growth within the firm.

Compensation & Growth:
Attorneys will receive commission for originating cases and for exceeding minimum billable hour requirements. After six months of consistently meeting performance expectations, the firm will also consider implementing a bonus structure.

Compensation:
$100,000+ yearly DOE plus commission
