Position Overview:As our Managing Attorney, you'll independently manage a family law caseload while leading a team of attorneys and paralegals. You'll also play an important role in shaping firm operations, hiring, technology, and future growth.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a full caseload from consultation through resolution.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and oversee legal drafting.
- Lead, mentor, and support attorneys and paralegals.
- Drive team performance, client satisfaction, and financial goals.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and firm expansion.

- Minimum 8 Years of Litigation Experience; Family Law Preferred.
