Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal plans that align with their goals and family dynamics.
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements with precision and clarity.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while minimizing conflict.
