We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to add to our high-energy legal team in order to serve clients facing stressful legal family matters in north central West Virginia.You will be supported by our team of attorneys and legal professionals. Compensation- $80,000 - $115,000 yearly, Base compensation, structured incentive, Bonus Plan, and Benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law hearings, mediations, and trials
- Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders
- Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations
- Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy
- Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
- Travel for hearings across WV
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and calm in high-pressure situations
- Empathetic and compassionate
- Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 yearly
