Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney with a minimum of one year of experience in family law. Our firm is family-friendly, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate your personal needs. As an associate, you will be responsible for meeting a light schedule of 4 billable hours per day. You will have the autonomy to set your own schedule and work from the comfort of your home.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at $70,000 per year.
- Time Off: Unlimited time off is available, provided you meet your monthly billable hour goals and handle your case responsibilities effectively.
- Potential Salary Increase: After your first year, you may be eligible for a salary increase ranging from $30,000 to $40,000, with a billable hour requirement adjustment to 6-7 hours per day.
- Bonus Structure: Earn an additional $30 per billable hour billed to the client that exceeds the monthly requirement, starting 90 days after your commencement.
