About the Job:
You'll be responsible for:
- Carefully crafting important court filings and supporting documents, including draft family law pleadings, initial filings, Requests for Orders, ex parte paperwork, discovery, client declarations, stipulations, and temporary restraining orders.
- Expertly researching statutes, case law, opinions, briefs, and other information needed for our cases.
- Assiduously following up on correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
- Vigorously representing clients and their interests in court.
Requirements:
- Must have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school
- CA State Bar License, required
- Certified Family Law Specialist, preferred but not required
