Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at our Tulsa office. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to family law, including but not limited to conducting legal research, drafting motions, representing clients in depositions, and providing legal advice on family law issues.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience in Family Law and Legal Issues
- Ability to conduct legal research and draft motions
- Experience representing clients in depositions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Admission to the state bar of Oklahoma
- Experience in handling complex family law cases is a plus
