Summary:
We are looking to find the right candidate who can work independently, and together, while delivering a 5-star experience to our family law clients. The Associate can expect to use their skills in all facets of family law matters including drafting, client communication, discovery request and response, court appearances, legal research and more.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
Participate in client meetings and consultations to gather information.
Support attorneys during litigation processes, including trial preparation.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
Maintain organized case files and documentation for easy access and review.

Requirements:

The candidate must be an Oklahoma bar licensed attorney and have 2-5 years of experience in the practice of family law. Being able to deliver 5-star client experience is a must. Thorough knowledge and experience with local family court Rules, document drafting, courtroom experience, legal research, and discovery, will all be important to identifying the right candidate. English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
