About the Job:
Experienced Family Law Attorneys is an established family law firm with over 20 years of experience in Florida and locations throughout the state. We are continuously growing and looking for an exceptional, part-time family law attorney. The ideal candidate could be a stay-at-home parent with a lot of family law experience who's looking to work between school drop-off and pickup. You will work from home but must live in the greater Tampa Bay Area, as we need someone who can attend in-person hearings, depos, mediations, trials, etc.

Requirements:

Two to five years' experience as a Family Law Attorney practicing in Florida. Attorneys who just graduated or do not have family law experience will not be considered.
Must be able to draft quickly and accurately. You will have access to a paralegal, but you need to be able to draft your own MSA's, complex motions, etc.
Experience attending as first chair court appearances, depos, evidentiary hearings, CMC's, mediations, trials, etc.
The candidate needs to be aggressive, proactive, used to independently moving your cases forward quickly, and able to clearly communicate with clients. You will be tasked and bill your hours through MyCase.
