We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of family law experience to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related family law matters.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Washington and willingness to get licensed in Idaho.
5+ years of family law experience.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.

What we offer:

Compensation will be dependent on experience and qualifications; for qualified candidates, the salary will range between 95K and 115K with performance and discretionary bonuses, and a contribution of up to 15% of your compensation to our 401(k) plan (without matching contributions).
