We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney licensed in the state of Utah with a minimum of three (3) years of experience. This role is ideal for an attorney who is confident managing a caseload independently, values professional autonomy, and is committed to delivering high-quality legal representation. Handle a range of family law matters, including but not limited to:
- Protective orders
- Divorce proceedings
- Modifications
- Custody disputes
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and efficiency
- Represent clients in court, including hearings, mediations, and trials
- Maintain and manage a moderate caseload effectively
- Conduct client consultations and evaluate potential new cases
- Meet established billable hour requirements
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the state of Utah (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of family law experience (highly recommended)
- Demonstrated courtroom experience and strong litigation skills
- Proficiency in legal drafting and case strategy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
