Position Overview:Family Law Attorney (100% Remote) – Seattle, WA
Salary: $150,000 – $220,000

What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify clients' legal needs and provide clear, strategic counsel
- Explain legal options and empower clients to define their goals
- Represent clients in negotiations and courtroom proceedings
- Deliver optimal, cost-effective legal assistance
- Ensure clients feel supported throughout their matter
What you bring:
- Licensed, active, and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
- 5+ years of legal experience (Family Law/Washington experience preferred)
- Motion, mediation, collaborative, and trial training a plus
- Familiarity with King, Snohomish, and Pierce County local rules (or ability to learn quickly)
- Experience with Dropbox, Adobe, MS Office 365, Slack, Apple, and Clio (or ability to learn quickly)
- Stellar writing skills (writing sample required)
- Willingness to be coached and practice radical candor
- Strong sense of community, social and emotional intelligence, and a sense of humor
- Passion for empowering clients through information
- Commitment to mutually agreed-upon billable hour requirements
- Stable internet and phone access
- Ability to attend in person for court, mediations, and meetings
- Ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Desire to network, market, and be a leader in your community
