Geary, Shea, O'Donnell, Grattan & Mitchell is seeking an attorney to join their family law team. We are a well-established law firm based in Sonoma County, California, dedicated to providing thoughtful, effective, and compassionate legal representation. Our firm handles a broad range of family law matters and values professionalism, collaboration, and client-focused advocacy. The majority of our cases are in Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino Counties.Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and third parties
- Preparing and responding to Requests for Order, Motions, and discovery
- Analyze legal issues and develop strategic case plans tailored to each client's goals
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- Family law experience preferred
- Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills
