What You'll Do:

Manage your own caseload of primarily family law and probate matters from intake to resolution
Conduct consultations, draft pleadings, appear in court, and communicate regularly with clients
Work closely with our legal team to develop case strategy and ensure timely progress
Participate in firm meetings, case reviews, and team-building activities
Help prospective clients understand their options — sales experience or comfort with consultations is a plus
Contribute to a culture that values efficiency, professionalism, and empathy

What you bring:

3–5 years of experience in family law and probate (criminal law experience helpful but not required)
Strong courtroom and client communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with confidence
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Team spirit and commitment to firm-wide success
