Description:
Looking for an experienced and knowledgeable FAMILY LAW attorney with at least three to five years' experience and can hit the ground running.Must be able to handle your own case load but willing to consider hiring individual paralegal to support associate attorney position if caseload necessitates it on a cost sharing basis.
This position is commission only at 40% of billable hours collected and paid as a W-2 employee.
Martin & Wagner, P.A. provides the necessary tools to be an attorney: office, office supplies, business cards, MSBA Membership dues or other Assoc. dues, MLM Malpractice Insurance, reasonable Continuing Learning Education credits, Biz-to-Biz or BNI Membership dues, Notary fees and stamps, etc.
After 6 months of employment, associate attorney is eligible to contribute to a Simple IRA with up to a 3% employer match. Colonial Life Benefits offered at employee's expense.
